2023年第四階段擬徵僱港口查報員 5 名及沿近海觀察員 2 名，共計 7 名。
薪資：
1. 港口查報員
  1. 試用期間每月薪資大專畢28,000元；碩士畢34,000元。
  2. 正式僱用薪資依據「行政院農業委員會漁業署補助或委辦計畫助理人員工作酬金支給薪點參考表」，每月薪資大專畢36,316元；碩士畢42,541元。
2. 沿近海觀察員
  1. 試用期間每月薪資 34,605 元。
  2. 正式僱用每月薪資 45,296 元。
  3. 執行海上勤務按日核發出海津貼每日最高 528 元。
工作內容：
1. 港口查報員
  1. 依指定時間、地點進行漁船之進出港查報工作及沿近海漁業漁獲查報工作。
  2. 漁船查報資料、漁獲查報調查資料之建檔、彙整及統計，並依規定製作相關報告。其它交辦事項。
  3. 協助漁船（筏）填報國內港口沿近海漁獲物卸魚聲明書。
  4. 協助辦理沿近海特定漁業港口違規宣導工作。
  5. 協助工作所屬漁港港區內災後勘災事宜。
  6. 協助執行沿近海特定漁業管理工作。
  7. 得隨時配合調派及輪班（3班制，含例假日）執行港口查報相關任務。
  8. 其它交辦事項。
2. 沿近海觀察員
  1. 搭乘漁業巡護船或海巡艦艇協助進行漁業巡護工作、登臨和檢查漁船及攝影（拍照）蒐證，並製作登檢紀錄表，並於勤務結束後2個工作天內繳交1份工作報告。
  2. 搭乘拖網漁業、珊瑚漁業、飛魚卵漁業、魩鱙漁業、鯖鰺漁業及刺網漁業等特定漁業漁船，執行隨船觀察任務，蒐集生物樣本、攝影（拍照）、記錄生物樣本處理情況以及觀察員紀錄表資料之建檔、彙整及統計，並於勤務結束後2個工作天內，繳交1份工作報告。
  3. 執行港口查報員之工作任務。
  4. 支援檢核員之工作任務。
  5. 協助執行遠洋漁業觀察員海上勤務。
  6. 協助執行沿近海特定漁業管理工作。
  7. 協助工作所屬漁港港區內災後勘災事宜。
  8. 得隨時配合調派及出海執行任務或輪班（3班制，含例假日）執行港口查報相關任務。
  9. 其它交辦事項。
